Gwen Daubenmeyer is the founder of our team. She brings an unwavering commitment to her clients and a get-it-done attitude. Gwen is unapologetically competitive. Marketing and negotiation are her Olympic events; if she could medal, she would. While winning is her “what,” her clients are her “why.”

I’m proud to say that, in my decades in real estate, I’ve helped countless numbers of people in Southeast Michigan buy homes, sell homes, and figured out ways to help them realize dreams they never thought attainable. I’m also very proud to say that, since my career began, I’ve grown in experience and knowledge to the point where I’m in the position to help other agents by traveling the country speaking on panels and teaching others how to do it better (there are few things as rewarding!). Sure, I’ve also earned lots of awards, certifications, and initials behind my name.

Here’s what I know is important to YOU.

I don’t accept mediocrity. Ever. I hold myself to the highest of standards. My business is about YOU, not me or my team. I do not try to impress clients by presenting a price that I know is unattainable to win listings, only to ask for reductions later. That kind of practice is for amateurs.

When you work with us, we promise no bull and no broken promises. That’s our mantra, and that’s why we chose to call ourselves The Integrity Team; this name, to us, means so much more. Integrity is the first and last consideration in both the advice we give and decisions we make.

Some other things you should know? I’m a fully accredited home stager (Accredited Staging Professional), so when you list your home with The Integrity Team, you can be sure we’ll have it looking its best. I know the secret to making buyers clamor over your home, that’s why our homes sell for more money and shorter market times. Oh, and don’t let the term “staging” put you off. I’m not talking about spending big money renting rooms of furniture, although that is an option; I am trained to repurpose what you already have in ways that transform your home and flatter its features. That’s what I do.

When I’m not working, just like you, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’ve been married to Roger Daubenmeyer (who, incidentally is my Partner and our lead Buyer’s Representative) for a long, LONG time. He won my heart in Study Hall when I was just 14 years old–if that’s not proof of our tenacity, then I don’t know what is!

I love being out in nature and have a soft spot for all things living. I love my life here in Oakland County with it’s numerous hiking, biking, lakes, and golf courses; it’s my privilege to be a part of this community and count so many people here among my friends (and clients!).
